The only good i find at this dealership is their driver who very courteous and understanding. If this person manages the service department the dealership would jump to 5 stars. So far the technicians dont seem to have the competency to diagnose anything and service reps and management wont give you any details on the diagnostic.they are very rude and arrogant. In terms of hours to spend it is open ended always even though in Honda’s books every activity has a time limit. So i spent thousands of dollars and the issue is still there. They gave me my car that it hasn’t been tested on the road and even too dangerous to drive with a damaged steering rack. My car stayed there for another 5 months with no parts to be found until i had to get the part for them from the US. Instead of thanking me they said that they can’t guarantee the work. And when the work was finally completed i went to get my car the windshield was broken and said oh it was there before. Stay away from this dealership like a pest until there is an overhaul of their staff. A bunch of vampires. A complaint was sent also to Honda.

Acura Brossard is amazing! people are kind and supportive. I had an experience for buying a car with them. I did that with Yassine Laouane, he is an amazing guy. I totaly recommend you to come and have a visit there!
